As a vital link in the Revolver Outdoors ecosystem, this component is what makes the transition from a standard build to a highly engineered, professional-grade rig possible. It is designed specifically to facilitate a double side rail configuration using 1” pipe, bridging the gap between ultralight portability and expedition-strength reliability.

While the rest of the industry is anchored to bulky 1.25” systems, we have engineered a way forward. By integrating the DSR into your build, you leverage a double-rail geometry that matches the strength of much heavier frames while maintaining the nimble, responsive feel of a lightweight 1” system.

We didn’t just make a clamp; we sculpted one. Through rigorous structural analysis, we stripped away every unnecessary gram of 6061-T6 aluminum, leaving only the essential geometry required for maximum load bearing. The result is a specialized fitting so refined that it weighs nearly the same as our competitors' standard single-rail clamps.
